Hello hive mind, help needed please!

I have loads of variety in food and three fully staffed granaries with lots of market space, but for some reason the houses to the right aren't receiving food. It's like there's an invisible cut-off line.

My market place is under the Marketplace pop-up, and I have a second one near the top of that screengrab.

The burgages are not vacant - approx 50% of the red ones have families living in them.

I'm a fairly experienced player and have tried everything to fix it - does anyone have any ideas please?

I'm sure it will be something glaringly obvious!
