Need your advice: Building step-by-step challenges to overcome dating anxiety

I’m currently working on a set of gradual, daily challenges designed to help people beat dating anxiety and approach anxiety step by step — from very easy things up to actually approaching people and dating with more confidence.

Before I invest more time into this, I wanted to ask you guys:

  • Have any of you tried something similar (daily challenges, exposure exercises, rejection therapy, etc.)?
  • What actually helped you with dating/approach anxiety?
  • Would you personally use an app that gives you small daily challenges to slowly overcome this fear?
