Can you show me what the 3rd-party delivery receipt looks like?
We’re having an issue where the customer’s name is printed very small, and drivers are sometimes picking up the wrong orders.
Is it possible to customize the receipt so the customer’s name appears at the very top in large, bold letters? We would also like the delivery company name — Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, etc. — to be large and easy to see.
Ideally, the top of the receipt would look something like:
UBER EATS
JOHN SMITH
Then the order details underneath.
This would make it much easier for our staff and delivery drivers to quickly identify the correct order.
