Cardinal Sin
I didn't test my pressure gauge on my pressure canner before trying to can green beans. I know, my own fault. I noticed the pressure wasn't rising on the gauge so I shut it down before I built a bomb.
Is there anything I can do with the partially processed green beans or should they just get pitched?

Wildberry Sorbet
My teen was working at a local restaurant that recently closed. They gave their employees some of the leftover food. She came home with a 3 gallon container of wildberry sorbet. Is there anything I can do with it besides eating endless bowls of it?

If anyone is missing their peacock I just saw one at the bank at the corner of Good Hope & Green Bay. It was just chilling on the handrail behind the bank.
