
Doing everything right...
Male 44, 16% body fat.
So, my HRV has been going downward over the last couple of weeks. I literally do everything I should , I drink a lot of water, I take magnesium and magnesium glycinate, melatonin before bed, I a fan on in the bedroom with the window open and the door opened. I fast for 3-4 hours before bed..
I also don't go on my phone before going to bed and have a regular bedtime. I did take part in a spartan Race on Sunday however the last couple of weeks my HRV has been tanking anything else I should be doing? I'm literally have no idea what else to do.
Getting a bit frustrating now.
