Rash on upper arms - when it’s a cause of concern vs not
31 female from Midwest USA. Was outside a lot the last few days so thinking heat related but have rash on both arms. Not itchy but feels a bit hot. Was not severely burned prior or anything. Similar spot both upper arms before elbows. Will this resolve with moisturizer or is it likely allergy related?
I have had shingles before on part of my body and am prone to odd hive breakouts on fingers and wrists from time to time especially when diet has more high oil / friend food
