Heyy Guys,
I see that many users in the past have share their recs for tattoo artists in GTA.

However, I am getting my first one and would like someone who can sit, think with me and help me in getting the right design.

I wanna start with something small and expand it later.

Also, I am dark brown skinned and so confused about choosing colour/ B&W ink.

Is there a quota range for 2027 already released by IRCC ? If so, what is the quota for CEC and any ballpark score cutoff based on current pool.
