I was doing some IG account protection tutorial when at step 2 I was told to go to the help center,when I stumbled across a restrictions that people who don't follow me are prevented from seeing my content and so, preventing me from getting entertainment from Non-following viewers, I haven't done anything wrong,none of the posts go against the copyright issues,solve this

(sorry if the text is in Romanian) Let me break it down for y'all,this morning I wanted to see if I got a new follower,I did,but when I wanted to give my page a refresh,the refresh thing got stuck like this and I've waited for it to stop for hours,it still kept going on, does someone know what is this and why does this happen to me?
