News reports say that AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile are forming a joint venture to eliminate dead zones for all of their customers. Will this advance extend to whatever line one chooses on USM? If so, will it make the USM multi-line option less valable or entirely irrelevant?

Using Dark Star I had incoming and outgoing texts delayed by about an hour each. It's the first time it has happened during one year of using DS. Any explanation? It happened on 5/14/26.
