Hi!

I’m considering relocating my family to the area for a job, but it’s a little tricky. Most places require 3x income to rent but we won’t have that right away. I’ll be making ~$3,600/ month to start, and my wife will be getting a job as soon as she can find one. We have good credit, though, and we will have some money in the bank from the sale of our home. The other tricky part is that we have two dogs and two cats. We would like to rent a house as opposed to an apartment, ideally closer to Conway or Carolina Forrest.

It seems to me that an individual or small LLC that owns rental properties might offer more flexibility than a larger rental company. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
