So I've put some D'Addario ECG 24-7 on my jaguar, got it set up, everything is sound apart from the low string. I'm tuning this to A standard, everything is setup and intonated but when I tune the low A up to pitch, it's out of tune. Open and fretted. Tried multiple tuners. When i fret the 5th fret to check against the next string, it's out of tune. I have to tune it ~35 cents flat for it to sound in tune. Does anyone know what's going on here?
