Anyone got any advice? I had my mcs revoked today as I couldn’t hear the proctor despite being able to hear the music played in the system test and the sound of the call connecting. I asked if they could phone me and they said no they had already revoked the exam and raised a case for technical issues. I phoned Pearson and they advised me to raise a special consideration which I have done. I’m so upset over it as I’ve put so much work into it and worried I will now need to wait until August.
