Unethical practices?
In family law cases, how do attorneys ethically navigate situations where a client makes serious abuse allegations that may ultimately be unproven or lack strong evidence? At what point does aggressive litigation strategy risk crossing into unfairly damaging the other parent’s relationship with the children, especially if the allegations are not substantiated?
