So this quest line is given in diamond city by random guard who tell you to check University Point, then you go there and either beat smal army of synts (very high level regardless of player level) and then read terminals and find that synts destroy the city searching for something then you get bank, hack masters terminal and master lock pick and find it, legendary gun (pick related) but then you can not give it to instite if you associated with them nor to bos

I found it from random ant in gulp cowboy park in nuka world

In survival mode i found out that flame barel sometimes hit multiple body parts on once doing maybe more damage than listed on the card, i am not sure how to test it
