Under Right Breast Rash for over a year after contaminated ultrasound equipment was used

Here is my lab summary from 2 swabs from December 2025 and March 2026 (my info is redacted) as well as the rash photos. The rash started last January of 2025 from a breast ultrasound with contaminated equipment. I'm still waiting to see a dermatologist (I'm rural and after 6 months waiting I'm seeing one at the end of may). My PCP did two swab dates as seen.
Here's everything I've tried -
\-Fluconazole 700 mg stat then 150mg a week
\-Ampicillin IV via the ER
\-Zpak 2 weeks
\-Augmentin 2 for 10 days
\-keflex 2 for 10 days
\-Cefuroxime for 7 days
\-Amox for 10 days
\-Nitrofurantin - for 7 days
\-Nystatin Powder
\-Triamcimilone cream
\-Neosporin OTC
\-prednisone 10 mg for 10 days refilled twice
\-clotrimazole-betamethazone lotion
\-clotrimazole-betamethazone cream
According to the latest labs I have Staphylococcus Aureus and my symptoms are getting worse. The itching is getting worse and it's starting to open more wounds. It's turning the whole area red. I just want to know if this looks septic? I've not felt well suddenly this last week and I've noticed that's when my skin has turned into this purple and red rash and more wounds opened. And even when I do see dermatology, idk what they could do at this point any thoughts?
