Coles online refund !!
Coles online cancelled my $300 delivery order. This is my first time using Cole’s delivery as I usually do click & collect but due to car in the shop and the heavy rain all week, I couldn’t just walk down the road and do shopping so I ordered delivery.
Anyways,
I called Cole’s online that same morning & was assured a refund within 1 business day PLUS $30 Cole’s credit. the next day, still no refund. So I called again & was informed it’s actually UPTO 3 business days for the refund to be back in my bank. Ok that’s fine. The 3 business days go by and still no refund. I call again and they then told me it takes UPTO 5 business days !!! from 1 to 3 & now 5 business days, Ofcourse I’m going to be mad especially with the order being 300 FRICKING DOLLARS !! I expressed my anger in the most civil way I could and was then told to stay on hold as she will put me on priority list for refunds. after 8 minutes of being on hold, my bank sends me a notification of Coles online giving my $300 back BUT its been sitting on “incoming transaction is pending” for 3 days now.
I call my bank this morning & they say it’s an issue on coles end and they can’t do anything about it & to call coles back.
I call coles back as soon as my call ended with my bank and coles says it’s a bank issue.
what the heck is this ??!!??!!????!?? Who’s playing with me right now ?
Anyways, that’s my rant of the day lol.
