Trying to help a few people reach 30 days
I know how discouraging this process can feel sometimes, especially during the first few weeks.
A lot of people aren’t struggling because they’re weak — they’re usually stuck in routines, triggers, stress, boredom, or discouragement loops.
I’m not a professional or therapist, just someone who’s been through this personally and might be able to help others make steady progress.
