Need direction
This post is NOT about particular sources nor am I asking for a source. I have been doing some research as a newbie, and I need some direction. When looking for a source, is it safe to look at UGLs in the EU? Chances of customs issues? It seems like US sources are out of stock everywhere I look. Any help will be much appreciated.
