a month ago a passed out multiple times and hit my head really bad then I went to the ER they did blood test and ECG and a CT scan and everything was fine then scheduled a Holter monitor and was fine but they found out my BPM was 85 while sitting and almost 145 after standing then schedule tilt table test after 1 year in 2027!!! no diagnosis no advice no lifestyle changes just nothing I still feel dizzy when standing since I got covid in 2021 and I searched and found this sub reddit with people similar to my symptoms can you guys help me with any advice while waiting thank you.
