Hey so my 2yo French bulldog had a lot of teeth extracted last Tuesday.

I noticed foul odor and lethargy and took her back on Saturday, 3 days ago.

Turns out her sutures came undone, and they needed to redo them. They also put her on clindamycin.

Today she had her sutures redone with debriedment. Her vet called me and told me that her wounds were cleaned and to stop clindamycin. She's taken a total of 5 capsules.

I am concerned about resistence and potentially systemic infection so not finishing her full regimen is a worry. The vet dismissed them and insisted I stop the antibiotics.

Should I stop/continue?
