Weird how there's no police enemy variant wielding the Colt Monitor.

On the one hand I get that it'd probably be a hassle to deal with since the Monitor is easily the most OP gun in the game but on the other hand you'd expect at least a few of the officers to be packing one.

So about the identity of the killer...

>!I'm not the only one who thinks that Whitman was a red herring, right? It just seems way too easy and the fact that they drop inspector Delaney on us right towards the end makes me suspect he's the real killer and Whitman was just a patsy for several reasons:!<

>!1) The notes in Delaney's office at the police station point out that he's been unusually interested in the A.C.E.S. murders (it's common for serial killers to keep tabs on news regarding their crimes) and this has led to the police department providing him with a bunch of information on the A.C.E.S. to help his investigation...but what if he's really just using it to assist in his killings?!<

>!2) Delaney's outfit during his meeting with Mike in his cell. It can't be just a coincidence that he's dressed almost the same as the actual killer (and could be mistaken for the killer just going off his silhouette).!<

>!3) The way he cryptically mentions "paying a visit" to Mike's "vigilante friend". Am I the only one who thinks it was him basically saying "I'm heading off to kill Nightwave"?!<

>!And finally there's that whole photo of the killer in frame with Jakob from DUSK and Gary from Faith who are both cultists. If we take that seriously then I think it's fair to say that the killer is probably also involved in some kind of cult and is not just some random crazy fanboy like Whitman.!<
