Should I keep or dump it 2020 Custom Turbo 4 cycl
My 2020 Silverado Custom (106k miles) recently started shaking. The Chevy dealer confirmed it needs a new transmission. While it’s covered under warranty, the part is on backorder—the dealer says it could arrive tomorrow or four months from now. They’ve offered to trade me into a new truck, but I’d be carrying about $5,000 in negative equity.
My current monthly payments is mid 500s per month.
What would you do?
Will the truck still be reliable?
Should I keep or dump it?

Don’t mind the truck, the only thing I would have changed when I bought it is, the rear seats are half the size of a standard seat, making it smaller and difficult to take on long trips with my family, we are pretty tall in my family and this was my first truck and didn’t know how much that smaller space would be a pain
