My Metas won't charge. Ive tried charging the case over night several times, and nothing. Solid orange light comes on while plugged in but no light or any response from the Metas. Case doesnt flash green, orange or red. Just stays solid orange. Ive tried a hard reset on the glasses and no response either. Unless I am doing the hard rest wrong. I have the 4002 Meta Glasses with the black case. Charging port on the side not the nose. Any help would be greatly appreciated 👏

PS - I am not the original owner. They were a gift from a while ago. So I cant do a warranty exchange or anything like that.
