Not a true biotype by any means, but is my new project. A 4ft South American “biotype”, consisting of flora and fauna endemic to the continent.
It’s an Aquasys 300 tank, running an All Pond Solutions 2000EF+ and an AquaEl inline heater. Lighting is two AQQA LED COB 60w lights.
Using two large pieces of corbo wood and a ton of botanicals and mixed leaf litter to create multiple micro territories, the tank is incredible if I do say so myself

Sagitarria platyphylla
Helanthium tenellum
Hydrocotyle leucocephala
An assortment of Echinodorus species
