Help me get rid on this frizzy please

Help me get rid on this frizzy please

I have been trying for weeks to get rid of my frizz but no matter what I do using different product lines different of lengths of time or running colder water when I wash my hair not touching or anything. It just stays the same if not, gets worse. I just really want any advice or help most likely with products that I can do to take this frizz away. I have done all the research techniques and know all the stuff I need to do but no matter what I try it just doesn't seem to help. So please anything that could be provided to how to make my hair better and just take better care of it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Routine:

1a. Shampoo / co-wash / conditioner used:

- Shea Moisture Coconut & Hibiscus Curl & Shine Shampoo and Conditioner

- Shea Moisture Coconut & Hibiscus Style Milk and Smoothie

1b.

- Native Scalp Shampoo used as cleansing shampoo

- Aveeno moisturizing conditioner

- Not Your Mother's Curl Cream

- Tried conditioner and protein treatment

1c

-prose hair care line(God awful)

  1. Other products and how applied:

- Shea Moisture Style Milk/Smoothie applied after washing

- Not Your Mother's Curl Cream applied after conditioner while hair is damp

- Tried protein treatments, but they did not fix the crown/root dryness or frizz

  1. How hair was dried:

- Tried microfiber cloth

- Tried air drying

- No diffuser currently used

  1. Other helpful info:

- I live in a high desert climate with very dry air and lots of UV

- I use a silk pillowcase

- My mid-lengths and ends feel soft after washing, but the roots/crown and middle back of my head feel coarse, dry, and frizzy

- My curls are defined, but the crown/root area keeps frizzing no matter what I try
