Critique/Optimize My Stack?

Critique/Optimize My Stack?

Over the course of 2 years, I did a plethora research, read so many studies, and spoke to multiple specialists. I ultimately developed a multi-modal grandmaster plan on how I wanted to approach my own biohacking.

Well, unfortunately, life happened. Hard. I had to move, had trouble finding a job, vehicle got stolen, gained 20 pounds, and so much more. I’ve pretty much been down and out doing all I can do to try and stay afloat (which I think amounts to the bare minimum and I hate that).

Clearly, my aspirations for biohacking, nutrition, exercising, and all that good stuff got placed on the back-burner for a (long) moment.

The last two days I decided to start back with my very basic supplement regimen that I was taking “religiously” over a year ago with great results; no more pouring sweat when nervous, great energy that was steady throughout the day, and my appetite for junk calmed down.

Hours after the first dose, I felt so good!!!! Placebo effect? Who knows. I just capitalized on the moment and moved forward.

I’m on day three and I am getting all my basic tasks done as soon as I wake up. This is major, I assure you.

Regarding doses, I take one of each daily with the following notes:

-I have a Zinc gel cap I take 3 times a week. (Not shown)
-I’m taking the Vitamin D supplement daily. I plan to do this daily for a week and a half straight then taper down to once a week (this is what I was advised to do by my GP because of my past health history and propensity to stay out of the sun.)

I also stay hydrated; drinking at least 1.5 liters of filtered water a day.

All helpful feedback welcome. Thank you for your time.

Quick note: A while back I tried the CoQ10 without the PQQ because it was cheaper and noticed a big difference in my energy and sweating. Decided to discontinue after 2 weeks and go back to the formula with PQQ.

Edit: My past medical history includes chronic mild anemia, obesity, normal A1c, serum electrolytes are historically within range (biannual), I’ve definitely been VERY sedentary lately, 5 days a week my diet includes lots of fruits, fresh/frozen veg, fish, and milk kefir. The remaining 2 days I like to eat out once a day (varies).

I’m open to answer any questions you may have (within reason lol!)
