Getting my license very soon, please help me decide on a scrambler !

I'm a french 29M on his way to get his A2 license (47hp limited), I passed my plateau and now am seriously looking into getting a bike.
I'm in love with the scrambler archetype and I've been eyeing two models :
The Moto Guzzi V7 Stone (III ideally) and the Triumph Street Twin 900.
The noise/looks plays a HUGE part and I'm looking to make my bike my main mean of commute
It would be my first bike once I finish my license and I don't think I want to get a bike with the idea of selling it in a few months. I want to take care of it and also modify it if I can.
My budget is around 7 000€ but I could add more if I find a bike in pristine condition.
The reason why I can't decide between these two is because I'm unsure of moto guzzi's reputation and triumph is a bit too common/expensive.
I'm very curious to hear what you guys think ! And if you'd like to make a suggestion I'm all ears
