Does anyone know how to contact a person at SAT who can actually make decisions? My kid is getting screwed over by the people at SAT and none of them will ever escalate the call to someone who can actually help us.

Long story short, my kid had to take the real SAT while out of state as a PSAT makeup. A tech glitch at the testing center caused only his score to error out. They forced us to travel 3.5 hours away to take a makeup and are now not opening the retake for the testing center. The kind lady who administers the test is trying her best and is a saint, but they will not budge. I am beyond mad and frustrated. We have been dealing with this for weeks now and I just want to speak with someone there who can actually help us.
