I didn't play since launch because of all the bugs. Now I decided to give it another try but the exact same quest bug from launch appeared. I got into debt and the advisor gives me a quest that I need to make a trade treaty with a rival. My game has no rivals and now I cannot get rid of the quest.

In 1800 I could delete quests but here there is no option. I am playing sandbox selected no advice in the statup menu to evade this crap but still it's here.

Why after half a year is this still a thing?
