Is anyone else scared about what happens when you eventually stop?

Seven months on reta, down 41lbs, feeling genuinely better than I have in years. But I've been thinking a lot lately about what stopping actually looks like. Like is this a forever thing? And if it's not, how do you know when you're ready to try coming off it and what does that even look like?

Not planning on stopping anytime soon but the thought of losing what I've built is kind of terrifying. Has anyone started thinking through this yet?

Semaglutide vs Tirzepatide: for those of you who’ve been on both, does one work better than the other?

I started on semaglutide and honestly had an amazing response early on. Appetite control felt strong, food noise got much quieter, and progress came steadily.

Later I switched to tirzepatide after progress slowed, and while some things still improved, it felt... different. After some time away and restarting, it just hasn’t felt the same.

The weird part is I always hear people say tirzepatide works better overall, but now I’m wondering if “better” really depends on the person.

So for anyone who’s been on both:

  • did one feel stronger for appetite control
  • did one help more with inflammation or overall well-being
  • and if you switched back, did you notice a difference the second time around

Starting to wonder whether some people simply respond better to semaglutide while others do better on tirzepatide.

Eight months post ACL surgery and just started BPC-157 and TB-500. Anyone else try this route?

Tore my ACL last September, had surgery in October, been doing PT since. Progress has been okay but slower than I hoped and my surgeon basically said just keep doing what you're doing and be patient. Easy for him to say.

Started researching peptides a few months ago and finally pulled the trigger on BPC-157 and TB-500 last week. Running BPC daily at 250mcg and TB twice a week at 5mg. Not expecting miracles but hoping to accelerate the last stretch of recovery.

Anyone else gone this route post surgery? What did your protocol look like and did you notice anything?

Been on the same dose for a few weeks now (Reta 6mg).

Some days appetite is basically gone, other days it feels almost normal again. No real pattern that I can tell.

Weight is still going down (~1 lb/week), but the inconsistency is throwing me off a bit.

Haven’t changed anything else recently, which is why it’s confusing.

Not sure if this is just how it goes after a while or if something’s off.

Started TB-500 mainly for shoulder and knee stuff from lifting.

Current stack:

-TB-500 2.5mg twice weekly

-BPC-157 250mcg daily

-Tirz 5mg weekly

First 2-3 weeks were actually noticeable. Less joint stiffness, recovery between workouts felt better.

Then after about a month it just, leveled out. Not worse, just not something I “felt” anymore.

Hard to tell if it stopped doing anything or if it just became baseline. Anyone else have a similar stack?? Should I just continue running this as is or up the dose? My should and knee feel fine but I’m a bit worried if I come off of them the pain might come back.
