I was going to swap over to Vodafone in order to have overseas roaming, but I can see that ABB now offers it at the same price. Has anyone used this for Europe? How did you find the reception/quality?

Hello! Traveling to Albania in July, and am after some food recommendations for Tirana please :) I have looked at google maps, and picked a few out based on reviews/stars, but I'm sure there will be a few hidden gems that are missed. Breakfast, lunch, dinner or snack recommendations welcomed! (we are planning to put on a few kilos haha) Also any must try coffee places would be much appreciated!
