2017 patriot. Trying to change the engine air filter, but the bolt to the housing (the one in the back) is impossible to reach. Any tips?

I am needing a magazine tube for an old 20-gauge Remington model 17. Numrich is out of them, none on Gunbroker, and I missed a recent eBay listing. any other places y'all can recommend?
