Hello guys. I finally got around to watching criminal minds after my sister told me to watch for years. I usually watch all kinds of shows including very dark ones, however, s3 e7 "Identity" heavily disturbed me. I do not feel good and even after 2 days. I do not know why and I am frankly surprised because this is not the darkest episode thus far. There have been darker.

How do you guys deal with episodes like this? Did you also find the episode very disturbing?
