Sleep sorrows. Sore neck.
How can I sleep without suffocating my curls? So far my only solution is to sleep face down. I’ve tried a bonnet and it doesn’t work. I was thinking of using a head scarf but idk.
What other solutions are there besides basically breaking my neck every night?

LottaBody mousse Diffusing until scalp/roots are dry and letting the rest air dry Daily water scrunching (wetting my hands and scrunching) as needed to refresh
