Hi all,
It seems like our Epic Water filter, the sediment pre filter, is leaking. First time having encountered this issue in about 2.5 years. I replaced the main water filter but not sure that I replaced the sediment pre filter. Is this be the reason why it's leaking? I'm waiting to hear back from the company but in the interim figured I would reach out to you guys.
