So im gonna hop on very soon im gonna do 250 test and maybe bump it up i will do a 2:1 test eq ratio but how can i counter the eq side effects like high hematocrite and liver issues got any advice or suplements i need to take to stay safe? Especially from thick blood and maybe even heart hypertrophy
