AIO: My husband made a comment about our friends’ daughter and he thinks it was innocent

My (28F) husband (31M) and I have some friends that we’ve known for 5 years or so. They have a 12 year old daughter. My husband and I have a 5 year old daughter.
Last night, we had dinner with them. After we got home and our daughter was in bed, my husband and I were sitting and talking. We were talking about our friends’ daughter and how grown up she seems now. Then my husband said “I don’t know how to prepare for when [our daughter] starts growing boobs like [their daughter].”I got upset that he was commenting on her body and he said he was just talking about from a parenting perspective (in fairness, our daughter has zero sense of modesty).
He insist it wasn’t weird to notice and I’m questioning if it was normal it not. AIO?
