A special device that projects digital data as a physical entity. It functions as a "decoy" to draw enemy attention. This new type of decoy was developed by applying the latest holographic projection technology to the recognition characteristics of invasive alien creatures. By converting soldiers' movements and voices into data and replaying them via a holographic projector, the enemy recognizes the deployed decoy as a legitimate target. Because it operates on a mechanism that writes data onto the holographic projector, it can be manufactured more cheaply than physical decoys. The developer states, "The era of training soldiers is over; the era of installing them has begun."

It fires a special projectile from a launcher that deploys the holographic projector. Upon hitting an object, it adheres to it and projects the decoy. Since the holographic projector is still in the operational testing phase, it has not yet been miniaturized, and the range of the special projectile is short. Because it consumes a large amount of power, its operating time is only a few minutes. The projector self-destructs before its battery is completely drained. Additionally, if it sustains a certain amount of damage, it cannot maintain the projection and disappears.
