Visiting Las Vegas Next Month - need some suggestions

Hello beautiful Las Vegas!

I’ll be coming out next month on a family trip. We already have a couple destinations in mind, but I’m looking for an update on some local hotspots since the last time I was there.

What’s a good local casino for gambling, mainly blackjack with lower minimums? This will be the first time my boyfriend gambles, so I don’t really want to throw him straight into expensive tables. I’ve heard M Resort, Durango, Red Rock, GVR, and South Point are all decent options, but curious what locals would recommend.

Also looking for a great pan roast spot. I usually go to Palace Station, but I really do not want to wait 2+ hours this time around. Are there any other pan roast places that can match the quality and taste while having better wait times?

In addition, what are some local favorite foods/restaurants that are more unique to Vegas and not something I can easily get at home? For reference, I already have access to great Asian food and Mexican food here, so I probably wouldn’t prioritize that while visiting.

I also love a good buffet. I usually lean toward quality buffets like Wynn or Wicked Spoon. I know Bacchanal at Caesars seems to have gone downhill from what I’ve been hearing. Curious what people would recommend these days.
