Misdelivered packages

Packages said it got delivered Monday. Wasn’t there, I made a service request and the supervisor called me yesterday confirming they got sent to the wrong address. He said they would be at my door today but still aren’t here. I should’ve followed up today but I assumed they would be here today. Should I go back in tomorrow and try to get them on it? I don’t know how someone can misdeliver both 2 packages. For all I know it’s probably gone now it’s been almost 3 days

2 packages marked delivered, not here

Both packages are marked delivered from yesterday 4/18. They’re still not here, I went inside the local po and the worker had me write down my number and tracking so the supervisor could call me back. Crazy 2 packages get marked delivered but somehow are missing. What should I do? Im still waiting for a call from the supervisor
