Currently filling out the spouse visa application from inside the UK and unsure which option to choose:

1. The same amount continuously, above financial requirement

2. The same amount continuously, below financial requirement

3. Not the same amount continuously, above financial requirement

4. Not the same amount continuously, below financial requirement

My partner and I are combining our income to meet the £29k requirement. We’ve both been at our jobs for over 6 months. We both make an hourly rate and have a fixed amount of hours each month, but I sometimes work extra hours. I know individually we’re below the financial requirement, I’m just not sure whether it’s the same amount continuously or not.
