Can't get my account into OnStar. OnStar Support hasn't been much help.

I got a used Equinox a few months back. It's paid for, registered, etc.

I pressed the OnStar button to activate service. I provided my info, they sent me a confirmation email, I then provided my credit card number for subscription (after the free "complimentary service" ends), etc.

The computer in the car still shows the previous owner's account info.

OnStar -> Account shows their phone number, no active plan, etc. Going to WiFi Hotspot and trying to share data tells me that I need an active plan.

I have an active plan, with hotpot data.

I took the car to a Chevy dealer and asked if they could reset the computer. They told me to instead contact OnStar.

When I contacted OnStar, they sent a "reset" or something to the computer. It still shows the old info. They had me turn on the car, turn it back off, open the driver's side door, wait for a light to go off, shut the door, turn the car back on. Still the old info. They sent another "reset" to the radio. Still the old info.

I left the battery disconnected for over an hour. When I re-connected it and turned the car back on, the radio showed that it had reset the time to 12:00 and had blank OnStar account info, but after a minute it seemed to re-download the old account again. Same wrong phone number. Same inability to use things like WiFi hotspot.

What are my options here? Do I take it back to the Chevy dealer and again ask them to reset/erase the radio? Do I call OnStar again? When I contact OnStar it seems like I get a tier 1 person reading from a script. If there is an issue where their service has both the old account and my new account trying to send to the same VIN, how would they know to check for something like that?

I'm using a modular Sparkle Power / "Canon 2000W" (FSP2000-52AGPBI), and to keep a long story short I need more 6+2 PCIe cables for it.

The system has multiple NVidia A6000 GPUs, which are 300W cards. I've been using each with a single 6+2 cable that came with the PSU. Well, apparently those types of cables are only rated for 150W load, so I've kept the GPUs power-capped to ensure the system stays on.

We want to run the A6000s at full speed, and for that we need TWO 6+2 cables for each GPU. We don't have that many. While the PSU has more than enough PCIe connections, I don't think it came with enough cables.

I know modular PSU cables are not all compatible with each other, so I don't want to just buy some random cables to do trial and error.

Are there some modular PCIe cables that are more common than others? I've searched Amazon for Sparkle / FSP / Canon PSU cables, and haven't had any luck. I don't want to buy a entirely new PSU just to get more cables.

I just had a second customer report that they never got their package.

Two orders went out via USPS. One to a PO Box in March, another to a "Unit" number in April (I'm not sure if the "unit" was an apartment or another type of PO Box). USPS marked both as delivered, but both buyers said nothing ever showed up.

I asked both users to open a case with Etsy, choosing the "My order hasn't arrived" option.

Since I pay for shipping through Etsy, it's covered under their "Purchase Protection". They were both refunded for their orders, and I got to keep the sale money. That's quite generous of Etsy to do this. But surely they won't keep doing that, forever, right?

Is there a limit to how many times Etsy does this? A per-month limit? So many refunds allowed per successful sales?

When trying to search for limitations on this, I only found a $250 total limit for each refund, and a "once a year" limit for damaged shipments.
