Here’s another Black Cherry Custom I finished up today for a client. This one features a Cutter Style Crown with a Mule Kick and a Turquoise Stone Hat Band.

I made this hat for myself before my first overseas trip, since then it’s been to 18 countries so I thought I’d share some of the cool places it’s been to.

I recently finished up this hat for a client after his last hat didn’t survive a rebuild. This one has a Cattleman Crown and the brim is shaped to look like it’s already had a bit of a life.

I recently finished up my version of a Whisky Drinkin hat for a client who wanted a new travelling hat. For the crown we went for and a Horseshoe top and a pinch front with a bit of a mule kick to create this really cool crown. The brim is 8.5cm with a pencil curl and a dip front and back all tied together with a Horsehair Hatband.

G’day Everyone, I recently finished up this Black Cherry Rabbit Felt, this one features a West Texas Punch Crown, Black Leather Hatband and a 10.5cm brim shaped to suit the client.

I finished up this Beaver/Chinchilla Blend and I’m absolutely loving the feel of the felt. I went for a Gus Style crease and a 9.5cm brim.

G’day Everyone, here’s the latest build I’ve completed. I’ve moved from a workshop in my house to a mobile workshop in a trailer, this was the first full build I completed in the new space.
