Picked up this fedora online and it fits ok but thinking the brim is a bit wide for my head. It could use some shaping as well. Thoughts?

I lost this hat in the subway. It literally has no trace on the internet when i tried to buy another one. Does anyone know where i can buy it? Or where i can order for it to be made

My boyfriend has been wearing this hat since he was in the 6th grade, it’s very much so falling apart but he REFUSES to wear anything else :( i’m trying to find him a replacement for our anniversary and i’m not having much luck so i thought i’d try out Reddit. anyone know where i can find this or something extremely similar??? there is no tag but the signatures label inside. thank you guys :)

I just picked up this vintage fur felt trilby from eBay! What do y’all think?

I got this hat from my grandfather after he passed. It appears to be a brand new Stetson whippet. I like it and want to wear it but I’m embarrassed to. Any tips on what to wear with it and how to be confident? I also feel that this may not be the best hat choice for Florida summers. any input would be appreciated.

So I tried to take your comments into consideration and tried to modify a few things to make that fedora look properly on me :

- First of all : De-mazeltofication ! Went to a millinery in my city and told the nice lady there about my problem looking like a rabbi. After some discussion, we went for a ribbon replacement, in grey, as you can see in the pictures. I think it breaks the orthodox vibe quite a lot. Will probably pimp the hat a little more, but one step in the right direction. The lady was super fast in doing the job, gave the hat this morning, was ready in the afternoon !

- Second issue : the bash ! I used steam yesterday and this morning, the front is bashed a little more, and I think it's much better as many of you predicted. Not sure if I should bash it further.

- Finally : looking too "strict". This time I put on a little smile, and I went another direction with the shirt. Think it works, but would love to have your opinions. Beard and glasses won't be negotiable, but I made an effort for the rest.

Howdy. I restyled one of my fedoras into a cowboy hat by stiffening and shaping the brim with laundry starch. I removed the wide grosgrain ribbon and attached a narrow band made of black-and-white woven straw. The brim measures 8 cm at the front and back and 7.5 cm at the sides. The crown is 12 cm high. What do you think?

A bit of context : I'm 38, a hat lover since I'm a kid but ́never went bolder than a flat cap. I particularly love vintage, formal hats, ones that smell like past century and old school swag. Lost more than 55kg since last November, and decided I might get a go now that I don’t look like a whale anymore.

Well, here we go ! It’s a Bates Hatters fedora from UK, I tried to dress properly around it so it doesn’t look out of place. Definitely not for this summer, but might want to pull it off when weather gets appropriate for such attire. Still not sure if it suits me though. I'm in euphoria mode right now so maybe a little delusional.

What are your honest thoughts ? I don’t mind the truth even if it hurts !

Does anyone else have this hat?

It's my favorite hat and I cannot, for the life of me, find any record of it existing outside of mine and and The Fallout Fandom Archive ( https://fallout-archive.fandom.com/wiki/Enclave_Cap ), and even there the product page link directs to The Bethesda Games Merchandise Homepage.

It's been with me through The Narrows at Zion National Park, Okinawa, Canada, New Zealand, many other countries and I even wore it to Goodsprings the few times I went before they started hosting The Fallout Days. It's my favorite hat and I don't want to stop wearing it, but it's beyond worse-for-wear at this point, and I feel it might be needing to be retired soon.

I've searched far and wide to find a replacement and even got hats in the exact shape which I got embroidered in its likeness... but they're just not the same. And I know for a fact that it came from Bethesda's Merchandise website because I bought it at the same time I bought my Vault 77 Sweatshirt, but not only do they not have records of my purchase of the hat or the sweatshirt, they don't even have records of ever having the hat listed for sale! The sweatshirt they do because it was a limited edition run, but the Enclave hat? Nothing. The sweatshirt doesn't even show up on the Fandom website.

If anyone, anyone, has another one of these, please feel free to share a photo cause I can't be the only person who bought one
