Should a salt and pepper shaker be on every restaurant table everywhere?
I find I need salt often at restaurants just for the adjusting the bite I want. I’m noticing more restaurants not having the standards on the table: salt, pepper, Tabasco, ketchup, A1, and the like. Is it because of theft?

Today is my last day at work. I’m retiring.
I’m retiring a bit early due to a Golden Handshake. The incentive came just in time before I lost my mind - I was going to go two more years. I’m walking out the door the last time and it feels great. I hope you guys get here soon; we will make it, as always.
