Crab Rangoon

Posting this in this sub as it has more than just cheese and I will get torched over in the r/grilledcheese forum and most likely kicked out.

Grilled cheese I made last night, Ingredients in description.

Crispy bacon, fresh onion and caramelised onion inside, a slice of homemade melty cheese slices using sodium citrate, extra mature cheddar, apple wood smoked cheddar, gouda, double glouster and red Lester, and then also a mix of those same cheeses grated packed in either side. There was so much cheese a lot of it melted out of the side and crisped up in the pan creating an unintentional crispy cheese skirt which made it taste so much better

Made this “melt” to ask for help

That bacon goes perfectly but I wish I had a little more cheese.

Can someone explain why the grilled cheese gods take things personally and keep telling me I’m breaking rules when I’m not?

Help me! They’re seriously sensitive over there.

Steak Melt

Looking for a really simple meal for this evening? This steak melt was really easy to make and only took 30 minutes! The steak, mushrooms, and onions were sautéed in a skillet, the garlic herb butter was smeared all over the baguette, then this was baked very briefly. Make the au jus with the leftover juices from the steak, slice the sandwich and dunk to your heart’s content. This was fire!🤤

Grilled Cheddar, Fontina, and Bacon

Made the bacon. In new pan with lots of butter, kinda slowly grilled the combo of Sharp Cheddar, Fontina, and the bacon. On sourdough. Delicious.

Bc the grilled cheese sub is for whiney children who need their crust cut off!

Cool summer day, tomatoe soup and grilled cheese was calling me!

Might be my new favorite grilled cheese… American, pico de gallo, Serranos and kalamata!
