Nope, I'm done sleeping
I was just sleeping, kinda starting to wake up, then I felt something scurry up my arm towards my face. I threw my arm out and felt something get launched. A large tree roach made is way in from outside because of the rain. Nope, I'm done sleeping.

Is this a tick of some kind? In Southern Michigan
I didn't really think we were in long grass but if it's a tick I need to check my dog as well. For clarification, since it was already crawling on me I took a video to make sure it was clearly visible and then I immediately got it off of me. But I can't tell if it's a tick because I'm having a hard time identifying whether the pattern is the same as the photos I was looking at.
