Perdue Air Fryer Wings

For a quick wing snack these are great. The oven roasted flavor then tossed in Franks taste quite delicious.

Really solid chicken wings. Their hot buffalo sauce always scratches an itch when I’m craving wings. Wonderfully crispy and cooked to perfection.

Brushing vs. Tossing

Sup y'all,

I've read advice on here that brushing the sauce on can be preferred compared to tossing in a bowl.

I toss all kinds of things now (😏) but am looking for a better culinary brush. Currently I have a pretty shitty silicone brush. I've seen people recommend a paint brush over the silicone ones though.

So my main question is what brush would you recommend for use in the kitchen? I know paint brushes aren't "food grade" but I'm looking for whatever works best.

Secondary question would be is brushing saws better than tossing saws?

What do y'all think?

Thanks for any advice!

Need help to cook these wings

I planned to grill some wings I bought, but it started to rain so I won't be able to use my kettle. I was reading about baking wings, yet it will be my first time baking and also these wings are already marinated.

Any tips to get great wings with what I have? I have both an oven and air fryer. Thanks guys!

Happy 4th wings

From Chico hot springs in Montana. They were great, cooked well, dry rub was very Nashville adjacent. Strong cayenne flavor profile without being too spicy.

Fried Wings for Breakfast

I've been up all night smoking two 9 pound pork butts for later this evening. For breakfast, I threw together a wet dredge of coors light, corn starch, and old bay seasoning. For a dry mix I used some Bruce Mitchell seasoning, flour, baking powder, potato starch and panko. I fried them for 5 minutes, pulled them out, hit them with the wet/dry again, and fried them for 5 more mins. Crystal hot sauce, splash of vinegar, and Amish butter for the sauce. Finished off with Dorothy Lane Market blue cheese and ranch for the win. Happy fourth from Ohio y'all.
