Ramen that I added extra veg and fried up some spam and a sunny side up egg 🍳

Absolutely slapped, but was a horrendous aftermath for an IBD sufferer 😂😭

Teens sandwich for school

"Made this for lunch today. Dal, bhindi fry, aloo curry, and a small bowl of sabzi on the side."

I had a curried chicken lunch which comes with several sides (potato salad, stewed peas, rice, pasta, plantains and fresh salad). This was so filling and quite delicious. To make it better this was a restaurant right on the beach.

This was so good! Good way to eat the goodies of a sandwich without the bread.

One with cheddar and Calabrian chilis, one with American. Both on multigrain with Kewpie mayo.

Experimental for me, others maybe not so much.
