Just got word that Dee Dee of Dee Dees tavern in Watervilet has passed away! I had the pleasure of meeting her when I first moved to the area 6 years ago! Such a sweetheart!

Office Lunch Ideas that’s not a sad salad!
Starting a new job in an office, which I haven’t worked in an office since 2019! I have an hour for lunch and will most likely be bringing my lunch from home but need some ideas! The occasional leftovers are an option and a sandwich now and again but I’ll be sitting a lot so I don’t want to overload on carbs or anything too heavy! Also some desk snack ideas will be helpful! Thanks yall in advance! It has been a rough few years for me and starting a new normal while raising a teenager and going through a divorce! ❤️

Shoutout to Sage Bistro in GUILDERLAND!
Stopped in for dinner earlier this week! Such a nice vibe especially for a date night! You can actually hear each other! Food was great and staff was super sweet! This will be a regular spot and they make a killer HUMMUS!!!

After running some errands yesterday I was in the mood for a sandwich! We usually only do the pizza at Marissa’s but I decided to try their mixed Italian sub! It was absolutely delicious! Everything was fresh, bread was soft and I washed it down with a Peroni! I see a lot of posts about finding subs in the area I will say this is now on my list!
